Roll Out Sugar Cookie Recipe Without Eggs

Decorating is perhaps the most fun of making sugar cookie roll outs. You’re going to start creaming your butter and sugar until pale in colour.

If your cookies are sticky still, it means you haven't dusted the dough with enough flour. If your brown sugar is especially lumpy or hard, you can microwave it in 10 second bursts until it softens. Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Cut into shapes with any cookie cutter.
